OUR TEAM
Editor-in-chief & Chairman
Marco Bardazzi
Marco Bardazzi

30 years of journalism in Italy and the USA (ANSA and La Stampa) and six years as Director of Communications at Eni. Expert in digital innovation in journalism and communication. In 2021 he founded Bea, of which he is Editor-in-chief. Every opportunity is a good one to talk about America, especially during the presidential elections.

CEO & Co-founder
Salvatore Ippolito
Salvatore Ippolito

Business development, start-ups, innovation, and digital: that's how we can sum up 30 years of management, team management, and many marketing and communications projects realized. You might have crossed paths with him when he worked at Nielsen, Microsoft and IOL, or when he was the country manager at Twitter or the CEO at Agi (Eni). Or maybe at the stadium when Napoli is playing, or while running a half marathon.

COO & Partner
Corrado Paolucci
Corrado Paolucci

Well-seasoned Millennials with 15 years of fermentation in multinational companies, creative agencies and media. He loves leading and motivating teams by mixing management, creativity with a dash of sense of humor. Soccer jersey collector and TV series addicted. He is Bea's partner but mostly Anna's husband.

Head of Strategy & New business
Barbara Lattanzi
Barbara Lattanzi

As a child, she invented words because the ones she knew were never enough to describe her thoughts. After graduating in economics, she fell back on it: today she designs strategies to help Brands tell their story. She loves the sea, reads all graffiti on walls, and any time is good for embroidery. With a podcast on, of course.

Senior Client Manager
Christophe Romeo Berthomme Kerleau
Christophe Romeo Berthomme Kerleau

Hoarder of guitars, words, and maestros, he thrives on experiences and contradictions: grunge jazz player, stateless Savoyard, visual copywriter, creative perfectionist. He loves bringing people together, slaughtering typos, completing to do lists, scheming on paper to unearth connections between things, and aligning everything to the margins to find beauty in order.

Client Lead
Margherita Meloni
Margherita Meloni

(Almost) 40-year-old evolution of a Sardinian by origin and Milanese by adoption. Online since the days of 56K, ready to rediscover herself with enthusiasm: first linguist, then Social Media Manager and now Client Lead. She knows 5 languages, loves the sea and hates typos. 3 adjectives to describe her at a workshop: empathetic, precise, and organised.

Managing Editor
Oscar Cini
Oscar Cini

He dreamed of being a football player and often woke up sweating and thinking that one of his goals had brought Avellino to Serie A. He graduated against all odds, was a sport journalist for Undici, and Content Editor for Tbwa. He became Managing Editor of Bea thanks to his good boy face.

Design Lead
Paola Sega
Paola Sega

She collects books more for their covers than for content. She shoots often overexposed Polaroids. She never leaves a museum without passing through the bookshop. With books, she discovered her calling: doodling. She had to graduate in Literature, change two cities and travel 16,292 km to really understand what she wanted to do. Now Design Lead in Bea.

Social Media Manager
Enrico Longo
Enrico Longo

Raised on carbos and Paolo Conte, he has an unbridled passion for video games that have something to tell, for manga, and for One Piece. Despite being a man of few words, he landed at Bea as Social Media Manager after a Bachelor's Degree in communications and a Master's Degree in radio transmission. He often makes jokes only he understands, but that's okay with him!

Art Director
Chantal Fabris
Chantal Fabris

With a degree in Product and Visual design from IUAV in Venice, she worked as Art Director for a few years in Amsterdam, then returned to Italy, "where there is real food" and especially where there is Bea. Her motto is "clean, simple and linear". She travels far and wide in her Volkswagen van, loves outings, but her real gift is limbo dancing.

Creative Strategist
Matteo Cifani
Matteo Cifani

A great passion for technology, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and anything that is innovation, not forgetting photography and videomaking. Throughout his teenage years he nurtured the dream of working at his favurite radio station, but when he achieved it he realised he preferred to stay behind the scenes. Today he combines strategy and creativity at Bea.

Content Editor
Edoardo Di Salvo
Edoardo Di Salvo

He listens, observes, writes. He breathes. He appreciates Daniele De Rossi, snow, Bruce Springsteen, and The Big Lebowski. He is a journalist wearing Clarks. So far more cities than decades lived. He rejects certainty, respectability, and Sundays at the park. He's almost always trying to figure it out. Already at La Stampa and the best pubs. Graduate in any case.

Graphic Designer
Milena De Caria
Milena De Caria

Born in Calabria, raised in Veneto, now in Milan. Curious and incurable traveller, at Bea she found the perfect environment to share her countless travel tips and the latest Figma news. She is a simple Graphic Designer: let her do anything but, she begs, not presentations.

Content Editor
Giulio Rossi
Giulio Rossi

Political science graduate, Content Editor at Bea. Living between journalism and storytelling. He basically likes to write, think and tell stories. A desperate humanist, he believes in Italian songwriting, Nietzsche, Tarantino, and Checco Zalone. But also in Woody Allen, Pavese, Scorsese, and Sorrentino.

Social Media Editor
Paola Caldera
Paola Caldera

In life she creates content and strokes dogs. She believes in the power of positivity and curiosity as the engine of the world. She loves to wander and she’s always to be found on some train, but her Brescia roots accompany her wherever she goes.
