Co-founder and Editor in Chief of Bea Media Company, he is a journalist, writer and corporate communicator with forty years of international experience. Before founding Bea, he was EVP Communications Director at Eni. He worked as a journalist for ANSA and La Stampa, based in Italy and in the United States. He writes about America for Il Foglio and explores it in Altre/Storie Americane, a podcast by Chora Media. He has published books on the United States, business stories and journalism, and has edited biographies. He teaches at the Master’s School of Journalism at Università Cattolica in Milan and teaches Brand and Corporate Narratives at IULM University.

Co-founder and CEO of Bea Media Company. He is a manager with experience in business management and financial and economic control. His career has been built around a clear vocation: the growth of companies, teams and markets. He is regarded as a reference voice in the Italian media and digital landscape. An expert in topics such as the transformation of the media industry, the information ecosystem, digital evolution, marketing and integrated communication, he has supported companies such as Nielsen, Microsoft, Italiaonline, Twitter — now X — and ENI/AGI through deep organizational, cultural and business model changes.

Partner and Business Developer at Bea Media Company, where he works to turn concepts into sustainable business proposals and to build new market opportunities. He is a strategic communication and branded content manager with over 15 years of international experience. He led Eni’s Content Factory and teaches Storytelling and Content Strategy for Social Media at Università Cattolica in Milan. He is also co-founder of Magliofili, a community that explores the relationship between football shirts, culture, design and society.

COO & Senior Client Manager at Bea Media Company, where he combines editorial vision, operational direction and strategic project development. For over twenty years, he has worked across communication, creativity, organization and customer experience, supporting companies and brands in the creation of editorial products and narratives capable of generating value. At Bea, he is responsible for project coordination, client relationships, process definition and the development of highly strategic content.

Managing Editor at Bea Media Company. A Digital Writer with solid experience across publishing, corporate communication and branded content, he has written about sport, cinema and art for Rivista Undici and Dailybest.it, standing out for an approach capable of moving naturally across different registers and formats. He worked as Content Editor at TBWA, producing strategic content for leading brands. He has also curated editorial content for print and online magazines for companies such as Eni, Pirelli and Santa Margherita.

Design Lead at Bea Media Company. She coordinates the visual vision of projects with an approach that combines analytical sensitivity and design culture. After graduating in Literature, she changed direction and moved into the world of design. Starting from a specialization as a Brand Designer, she evolved her practice towards a systemic vision of visual communication. At Bea, she exercises her creative leadership by coordinating the creative team and supervising the entire design pipeline, ensuring that every output is consistent with the strategy of business storytelling.

Head of Strategy at Bea Media Company. He works on strategic business storytelling: from analyzing a company’s DNA in order to extract a unique and distinctive positioning, to structuring the narrative framework that defines the thematic pillars guiding communication. He develops and manages cross-channel communication strategies aimed at improving brand reputation, increasing engagement and enhancing sentiment. He manages a multidisciplinary team and coordinates client work from the earliest stages. He graduated in Communication and holds a master’s degree in Radio and Podcasting.

Art Director at Bea Media Company. She develops creative concepts and follows projects from concept to execution, across both digital and print formats: magazines, brand identities, websites and social media content. She graduated in Industrial Design and Multimedia from IUAV University of Venice and gained international experience as an Art Director in a communication and strategy studio in Amsterdam. At Bea, she works on a wide range of projects, bringing a visual approach focused on narrative coherence and executional quality. She enjoys collaboration and exploring creative solutions capable of adapting to different languages and formats.

Content Editor at Bea Media Company and Editorial Lead of Cipolla and Slice, Bea’s magazine and newsletter respectively. He graduated in Political Science from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and works on the design and writing of editorial content for corporate communication and strategic business storytelling. At Bea, he contributes to the development of editorial hubs and narrative strategies for brands operating across different sectors. In his content, he mainly explores the relationship between culture, languages and brand identity, with an approach that combines storytelling and strategic vision.

Creative Strategist at Bea Media Company. She works on strategic business storytelling, content and digital strategy, and project development. She supports clients from the listening and analysis phase through to strategic ideation and creative execution, helping them enhance their brand identity and develop effective communication strategies. She graduated in Communication with a thesis on the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and human beings in the field of creativity. Her approach is shaped by a constant interest in technology, culture, video games, film and fashion, always in reflection and dialogue with the reality around us.

Content Editor at Bea Media Company and Editorial Lead of Agrodolce, Bea’s podcast. He is a professional journalist. He was part of the Sky TG24 newsroom, working as a journalist responsible for editorial coordination. He collaborated with Corriere della Sera in the economics desk and with the newspaper Il Tirreno. He also served as a municipal councillor, an experience that brought him closer to political communication, and attended a master’s programme in Politics and Local Government Administration at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa. At Bea, he works on editorial strategies, article and interview writing, as well as the ideation and editing of podcasts and videos.

Social Media & Project Manager and Social Storytelling Lead at Bea Media Company. She graduated in Information and Publishing Systems, with a thesis combining semiotics and cinema. She has written about communication and corporate culture, human resources, sustainability, digitalization and equal opportunities for print magazines and online publications. At Bea, she works on digital strategies, editorial plans and social media channel management, developing content and storytelling projects aimed at enhancing brand value and engaging audiences.

Art Director at Bea Media Company. Trained as a political scientist and criminologist, he chose to “deviate” himself in order to follow his true compass: creativity in all its forms. At Bea, he oversees the art direction and visual impact of projects, applying the rigor of the scientific method to every single pixel, to the construction of brand identities and to the definition of new digital imaginaries. His approach combines strategic vision, a DIY spirit and a constant desire to explore and master new creative languages.

Social Media Manager at Bea Media Company. She graduated in Communication, Innovation and Multimedia with a thesis on the perception of bodies in the media and Body Neutrality. At Bea, she manages the operational core of digital strategy: social media channel management, editorial plan writing and content creation. Her approach combines platform expertise with a strong sensitivity towards social inclusion, mental health and trends in pop culture.
